Mail Intake
Work at Wheel members and businesses complete the USPS Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent online — identification, witnessing, and notarization handled in a single seamless flow. Every document is encrypted at rest and every action is recorded.
Authentication is required to begin. The Privacy Act notice and court-order acknowledgment must be completed before any data is collected.
Compliance by design
Every required PS Form 1583 field is captured in the official sequence; the Privacy Act notice gates data entry, and identification rules are enforced inline.
Encrypted by default
Photo IDs, proof-of-address documents, and rendered PDFs are stored in an encrypted bucket (AES-256). Access is RBAC-gated and every download is audited.
Tamper-evident records
A SHA-256 digest is bound to every uploaded file and to the final PDF, alongside an append-only audit log of every view, download, and decision.
